Munoz Co-Hosts Mortgage Relief Seminar

munoz-75x75SPRINGFIELD, IL – State Senator Tony Munoz (D-Chicago) in conjunction with Representatives Acevedo and Carli will be hosting a mortgage seminar on Saturday July 16th at the Arturo Velasquez Institute, 2800 South Western Ave. Chicago, IL 60608. The event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and registration will be available on site from 9 a.m. to noon.

"Our goal is to provide information to homeowners regarding a new program in Illinois, the Mortgage Relief Project," stated Senator Munoz. "This program can help homeowners lower their mortgage payments and avoid foreclosure."

Also provided at this event will be free housing counseling that will teach participants how to recognize the signs of mortgage fraud.
